A free beta

PrepPilot is offered free, as-is, while it is being developed. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of important records (you can export to CSV).

Check the numbers

• Costs cover ingredients only. Labour, overhead, taxes and other costs are excluded, so profit per plate is not net profit.
• Expiry dates are records only. They are not a food-safety decision; follow labels and your kitchen’s safety procedures.
• Scanned results may contain errors. Review every line before saving.
• Assistant replies are suggestions, not allergy, dietary or safety guarantees.

Your account

Keep your password private and use only kitchens you are allowed to manage. Don’t misuse the service, try to access other kitchens, or overload it. Fair use limits apply to the assistant and scanning.

Your content

Your recipes and records remain yours. You give PrepPilot permission to store and show them to your kitchen members so the app can work.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PrepPilot is not responsible for business, food-safety or financial decisions made using the app.
